<p>In my opinion, the most graceful and delicate in appearance of all the native ferns. At the same time quite hardy and easy to grow. It has a lacy, soft, green leaf with dark centers. Fronds are arranged in a half circle like streams of hair from around a lady's head. Grows fast and gets to be about twelve to eighteen inches in height. Likes rich moist soil with leaf mold.</p>
