Anacyclus depressus

Atlas Mountain Daisy

Anacyclus depressus

Zones 2-5

A rather distinctive alpine that deserves to be much better known. The daisy-like flowers are pure white above, with attractive rose pink undersides, and are borne from June to August above a prostrate carpet of ferny, grey green foliage. Superb for sunny rock gardens and banks and as a ground cover plant. Height 5cm (2in), spread 30cm (1ft).
