<p>Enjoy the crisp, succulent, full-flavoured stems of Giant Pascal in your summer salads. And if soups and cutneys are more to your taste then look no further because it is perfect for those too.</p><p>For general purposes, sow late March to April under glass at a temperature of 10-15C (50-60F). For exhibition in late summer, sow January under glass on top of moist compost at 15-18C (60-65F). Transplant to trenches in summer and earth up to blanch as growth develops. Approx 30 weeks to maturity.</p>
