<p>A superb monogerm beet which removes the need for thinning, ideal for baby beets wtih smooth skin and deep internal colouring. Harvest when 1-1.5 inches in diameter, or can be left to grow up to 3 inches if desired. Delicious lightly boiled whole as a hot vegetable, or sliced into salads.</p>
