<p>This plant can be eaten for its tangy greens, or left to produce seeds after the yellow flowers fade. Seeds are a condiment and good for sprouting. Since the plants go to seed rapidly, plant every 2-3 weeks for a continuous supply. Ht. 30-36 inches.</p>
