Specially bred to have a delicious taste and a relatively low dry matter content that ensures it cooks rapidly.</p><p>Very hardy roots, useful in winter. To avoid foliage mildew, sow early May in Northern areas, and late May in milder Southern areas. 20-24 weeks to maturity.</p>
