Heirloom. Cauliflower will never be the same! This trio of colours is an update of an old standard that will give you a long harvest period from 75 to 120 days. The white ‘Snowball Y’ is an heirloom variety from 1947, it has tight 6-7 inch heads on dwarf plants. ‘Green Macerata’ is an Italian heirloom with a delicious taste. ‘Purple of Sicily’ is also an Italian heirloom with bright purple heads and mild flavour. Healthy minerals give it the purple colour which turn green when cooked. We recommend a late summer planting with fall harvest for best results.
