<p>This versatile variety is characterised by a long sowing/havesting period, maturing August to November. The round, deep white curds are of outstanding quality and flavour and are well protected by the leaves.</p><p>Sow January to February under glass or late September-October for wintering in cold frames to plant out in spring. Direct sow outdoors March to May and transplant to final positions.</p>
