A choice mix of three British bred varieties, Red Admiral F1 Hybrid, Rudolph and Cardinal. Vigorous plants provide top quality, large purple spears throughout the winter and spring at a time when fresh vegetables are often in short supply. Pick regularly to promote fresh flushes of spears. Sow May to early June, harvest November to May. A good source of Vitamins A, C, K and folate, and provides 50% of the daily requirement in a single 80 gram (2.8 oz) serving.
