<p>Curiously shaped member of the cabbage family. Crisp, mild and sweet source of fibre, potassium, calcium and Vitamin C, this is a mixture of purple and white types. The flavour has been described as similar to apples, mild turnips, broccoli stems, radish and cucumber!</p><p>'Kohlrabi' means 'cabbage turnip' in German.</p>
