<p>An appetising, non-heading variety, producing tender, light green leaves that are ideal for stir-fries and salads. Very early maturing, it can be harvested at any height between 10 and 25cm (4-10 inches).</p><p>For use late summer and early autumn. Excellent cooked or raw in salads. The broad midribs can be prepared and served separately. Sow May-September in rows 20-25cm (8-10 inches) apart and thin plants to 5-7.5cm (2-3 inches) along the row.</p>
