Oval uniform leaves of dark green with neat mid-green stems. Ideal for picking young to make mixed leaf salads. Sow all year round and harvest as needed. Individual leaves may be cut or the whole plant head 1.5-2cm (1/2-3/4in) from the ground, leaving the root which will regrow for further cutting.
