Can be grown as a ‘baby leaf’ or left to mature with thick, succulent stems of white and pale green, plus the unique purple leaf with bright green stems. A delicate flavour raw in salads, stir fried or steamed. Rich in vitamins and minerals. Sow March to July, every 3 weeks. Harvest baby leaves in 30 days, full size from 60 days, April to October.
