Excellent for salads, stir fries and pickling, Senposai combines the sweet taste of cabbage wtih the tenderness of komatsuna. Very fast growing, you can be harvesting your first crops in 30-35 days. If you cut the plants when they are about 10cm (4in) high from the ground, they will regrow for further cutting. It can also be grown all year round. Sow outside in wide drills or broadcast in prepared soil.
