Yuan #3 is a strong grower with a high yield. The fruit has a thick horn shape and is about 20cm (8in) long and 5cm (2in) thick with the average weight of about 60 grams. Start seed indoors in April and transplant directly outdoors once all danger of frost has passed. Great for a stir-fry or for pickles. This pepper is medium hot.
