<p>Easy to grow, multi-purpose plant, with short, often reddish branched stems and variable sized leaves of bluish-green. Small, greenish-white flowers form in clusters from mid-summer to mid-autumn. Seed can be ground and used as flour. Leaves can be cooked as a green vegetable or eaten raw and are more nutritious than spinach. Also produces a golden-red dye. Ht 100cm</p>
