<p>Red-osier Dogwood is an attractive freely spreading, deciduous shrub which grows from 1-6 m (3-20 ft) in height. The flowers, which occur in open clusters, are white to greenish in colour. Red-osier Dogwood is ideally suited to wetter sections of the garden.</p><p>Direct seed mid-April through mid-June. Cover lightly, germinates at 21C in 10 days. Blooms in 18 weeks in sun. Space 30-45cm apart. Approx. 2200 seeds/g. Plants need good drainage, and will tolerate poor soil.</p>
