Cylindrical, bright orange roots that can grow up to 7 inches (18cm) long. Very tasty in salads or wtih dips, also good in many hot dishes. An excellent variety to grow in limited space or as baby veg. Grows well in an open position on light righ soil which has not been recently manured. Carrot fly is attracted by thinning, so try to avoid thinning at all. If plants are overcrowded, carefully pull alternate roots when small and use whole.
