<p>Fringed, double blossoms in shades of red, pink and white rise above low-growing mounds of bluish gray, grass-like leaves. The 1 inch flowers are spicily fragrant and good for cutting and attracting butterflies. Blooms summer to frost. Height 8-10 inches.</p>
