Exclusively launched by T&M back in 1979 as the most crisp and sweet hearted Cos which stood in perfect quality without bolting through the summer. Upright habit with noticeable savoyed/bubbled dark green outer leaves. Good sweetness, use as a sugar cos when young or as a fully hearted mature lettuce. Also suited as a ‘cut and come again’ salading.
