A carefully thought out mixture of lettuce with different leaf textures and colours, maturing over a long period of time. It includes Cos, Mignonette and Cabbage-hearted types (see below for details), both early and late, and gives that added flexibility to the crop so that the harvesting can be made over many weeks. Contents include separately labelled and packed varieties of the following: Butterhead, Lollo Rossa, New Red Fire, Funly and Little Gem.
