<p>The real pioneer of modern Sweet Peas was Henry Eckford who, during forty years of breeding, developed the renowned heavily scented 'Grandiflora'. Colours include bicolours, stripes and 'Henry Eckford', the first ever orange raised in 1905, the year of his death. Height 6 ft (180cm).</p>
