<p>Tiny little snapdragons above slender, dark green leaves; in shades of purple, lavender, pink, red, yellow and white. The flowers are 0.5in in size, and are excellent for cutting or in a rock garden. It is a cool weather plant, and might die out in a hot summer.</p><p>Direct-seed mid-April through July, or in the fall. Germinates at 15C (60F) in 10 days. Sow in sun or light shade in groups of 10 per space; do not thin. Blooms in 8 weeks. Space 30cm (1 ft) apart. Height 45cm (1.5ft). Often re-seed themselves. Approx. 12,400 seeds/g.</p><p>This hardy annual is originally from Morocco. Linaria comes from the Latin name for flax, referring to its flax-like leaves.</p>
