A heirloom variety that is well known for its size and excellent flavour. Deep red, very large sized fruits can weigh up to 900g (2lbs). Rich, sweet flavour is great for salads, canning, soups and sandwiches. Plant seedling outdoors once all danger of frost has passed and soil has warmed up. Deep, well drained soil is best. Indeterminate.
