<p>Aptly named, this horticultural invention produces double flowers on strong stems. The florets open green and gradually turn an intense blue. Because the flowers are sterile, they last a long time, and they're fragant too. Plant in groups for a patch of long-lasting colour. Blooms in mid-spring, and grows to 8 inches tall.</p>
