<p>Baby Blue Eyes is a delicate flower with 5 rounded petals and a white center that gives it a friendly, pansy-like look. Several blooms appear on each erect plant. The leaves are soft green and ferny. It is a self-seeding annual that can be sown outdoors after the last frost.</p><p>It will do best in partial shade but tolerates full sun.
