<p>The daylight sensation blooms in the day in a colour range of shades of lavender, purple, white and rose. The flower resembles a large, symmetrical 5-pointed star with a deep narrow calyx behind the bloom that sets it away from the plant's central stem. Flowers attract hummingbirds.</p><p>Likes sun or light shade and does best in fertile soil that is moist but not wet.</p>
