<p>{Family: Saxifragaceae} The Boykinia family is split into Telesonix and Peltoboykinia. It consists of about eight species of plants native to mountains and woodlands of North America and Japan. These plants form mounds with a cluster of small white flowers in the summer.</p><p>This plant likes moist, acidic soil in a woodland environment. Partial shade is preferred. Propagate by division in spring, or sow seed in autumn.</p><p>Boykinia is named after Dr. Samuel Boykin of Georgia (1786-1846)</p>
