<p>Ordinary soil. Reaches eighteen to twenty-four inches in height when mature and forms upright clumps of rosettes. Probably the showiest of our local Penstemons. Blooms in peachy rose - purple, sometimes with 50 or more flowers to a stem. Easy and reliable, but can be short-lived, coming back from seed where happy.</p>
