<p>Bright, and I do mean bright, rose-red blooms just above the foliage on congested, less than 2 inch, foliage. Forms a pancake over time reaching about two feet in diameter. Sure does catch the eye from a distance. Same needs as the Phlox 'Brittonii Rosea'.</p>
