<p>Velvet-textured, trumpet-shaped blooms in a wide range of colours including red, light purple, deep blue, and royal purple; brushed with luminescent yellow inside. One of the most brightly coloured old-fashioned flowers, also known as Painted Tongue. Pinching the growing tip at the four-leaf stage will promote bushiness.</p><p>Direct-seed May through mid-June in full sun. Do not cover seeds, just water in. Germinates at 20-24C (70F) in 15 days. Blooms in 16 weeks. Space 30cm (1 ft) apart for a height of 60cm (2 ft). Approx. 1250 seeds/g.</p>
