<p>Very dark yellow flesh, tan skin, and flat to oval shaped tubers. Excellent cooking and storage characteristics.</p><p>Medium maturing - 75+ days. Whole seed can be chitted (green sprouted) prior to planting if required. Potatoes are heavy feeders. Do not be afraid to fertilise at the rate of 4lbs per 25 feet of row with 7-7-7.
