<p>Even in hot, dry summer weather, this low-growing vinca puts on a show. Glossy green leaves are topped wtih phlox-like flowers in shades of white, pink and rose - most with contrasting centres. Drought tolerant and a good ground cover. Blooms late spirng to frost. Height 8-10 inches.</p>
