<p>An English florist, Engelman, developed this strain in the 1920's. It was heralded as 'The World's Largest Pansy' and awarded the Banksian medal at Chelsea in 1934. A wide range of both light and dark colours, all with faces, the flowers are up to 4 inches across on compact early plants. Height 8in (20cm).</p>
